Blood Moon is a poetic name for a total lunar eclipse that occurs during a super moon. In the scientific community, that means the sun, earth, and moon are in perfect alignment. Our moon moving through our darkest shadow, illuminated to crimson red instead of shunning the light as expected. In the spiritual word, an eclipse symbolizes beginnings, endings, culminations, and clean slates.
